GDL Middle East dominates in the NGK Series at Dubai
GDL Middle East made a triumphal comeback in the NGK Series, during the second round of the Asian Championship open to the GT cars, held in Dubai.
In the Emirates, the Gianluca De Lorenzi’s team dominated the whole weekend with the fast driver Keong Wee Lim.
The Singaporean, at the wheel of a Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo racecar, set the first pole position of his career and then won both the races.
Icing on the cake was the fastest lap, that showed all the supremacy ahead of the rival Ferraris.
The experience of the team, as well as the feeling with Keong Wee Lim, who already raced in the past for GDL, was an extraordinary combination that brought to the victory, looking forward the several commitments of the squad in the various Asian series such as the NKG, the Radical and the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Middle East that will be kicking off in 2017.
