
GDL Racing claims podium finish in the ADAC qualifying race
The “Green Hell” was a real hell for the GDL Racing as the Gianluca De Lorenzi’s squad had an extremely difficult Saturday at the ADAC Qualifyng Race for the 24H Nürburgring scheduled for June. The Porsche 997s lined up by the San-Marino based team suffered from many troubles in the practice, but eventually celebrated a podium finish thanks to the great work did by the team, De Lorenzi himself and, last but non least, all the drivers.
At the end of the 6 hours race the Australian “flying kangaroo” Paul Stubber, American “yankee” Vic Rice and Swissman gentleman Nicola Bravetti managed to take the third place in the SP7 class.
Three drivers from three different countries that made together a perfect trio, capable to claim an extraordinary result looking forward the participation in the next 24 Hours of Nürburgring that will be held in two months.
Meanwhile GDL Racing will come back to Nordshleife nest weekend, for the 4H VLN round, with Marco Mapelli, Paul Stubber.
