GDL Racing completes its line up for the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series

GDL Racing has completed its line up, looking forward the 2015 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series that will be kicking off on 25th-26th April at Valencia.

The San Marino-based team, at its second season in the European championship, signed 23-year-old Francesca Linossi, after having announced for the ELITE 1 Italian Renzo Calcinati, Swede Freddy Nordstrom and Austrian Dominic Tiroch and for the ELITE 2 the other Austrian Philipp Lietz (who will also enter the major class), Danish Niki Petersen and Italian Vittorio Bagnasco (the latter will be replaced by Australian Paul Stubber in some selected events).

The Italian female racer, with previous experience in GT, Touring Cars, Superstars and different single-maker championships under her belt, comes to her second season in the European NASCAR and will compete in the ELITE 2 at the wheel of the number 99 car.
Francesca is a pink mark for the Gianluca De Lorenzi’s team, that will aim for the top positions since the first races in Spain, in the first out of six rounds of the 2015 calendar that will be followed by Venray (24th May), Brands Hatch (7th June), Tours (28th June), Magione (that will host the semi finals on the 13th of September) and the Zolder final (4th October).
