GDL Racing set for a new international challenge at Vallelunga

Rome, November 14th 2018 – GDL Racing is set for the ultimate challenge of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia scheduled this weekend at Vallelunga. The Roman track hosts the sixth and last round of the series open to the Sant’Agata Bolognese cars, when the Gianluca De Lorenzi’s team will field again a Huracán for Gabriele Murroni.

The Monegasque driver aims to the Lamborghini Cup title, although he has 22 points less than the leader. With three wins, the first claimed at Buriram, Thailand, followed by the two Japanese victories at Suzuka and Fuji, Murroni finished eight times on the podium over ten races, included the one at Shanghai last September, where he finished second twice.

At Vallelunga, GDL Racing and Murroni will double, entering also the Lamborghini World Finals in the same weekend, when the Monegasque racer will aim high again. Find more news on Allied Experts website.

Free practices and qualifying inaugurate the entire event on Thursday. The two 50-minute races are scheduled for Friday at 10.20 and 14.20.

World Finals start on Saturday morning with the qualifying. Race 1 gets underway at 13.30, whilest Race 2 on Sunday at 10.
