GDL Racing Team Asia enters 10 Hours Fun Cup of Dubai
Less than one month after the 24 Hours, GDL Racing Team Asia makes its comeback in Dubai for the 10 Hours Fun Cup scheduled for this weekend.
The Gianluca De Lorenzi’s squad will hit the track in the UAE by lining up two cars. At the wheel of one of these there will be Australian Malcolm Niall e Mark Pilatti. Italian crew Renzo Calcinati, Franco Calzolari, Cesare Guazzini and Emilio Melloni, almost all with experience in endurance race, will share the other one.
On a very familiar circuit, GDL Racing will aim to the top positions, after several participations in the famous 25 Hours of Spa with the same Fun Cup racing cars.
On Friday 5 will be hosted free practice and qualifying, with the start race scheduled at 2.30pm local time and the arrival three hours afer. Saturday 6 the race will re-start at 10am, with the chequered flag shown at 5pm.
