GDL Racing with three cars at 12H Italy

GDL Racing is set for its home race at Mugello. The Autodromo Internazionale this week hosts the inaugural edition of the Dunlop 12H Italy, where the Gianluca De Lorenzi’s squad will line up three cars.

After missing the podium and the AM win – due to a race contact – in the last 24 Hours of Dubai last January, GDL Racing aims to the top entering a Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 in the A6 class for Singaporean Gerald Tan, Malaysian Lim Keong Liam and Hong Kong’s Nigel Farmer. The latter already raced in Italy the 6 Hours of Rome, where he scored the six overall place and the second among the GT3 cars.

GDL Racing will also line up two Porsche 997 Cup S. The first will be driven by the all-Australian crew Malcom Niall-Marc Pilatti. The first part of the race will also take place on Friday, from 14 to 17 when all the cars will be held in Parc Fermé. The race will start again on Saturday at 9.30, running until 18.30.
