GDL Racing with three cars at the Paul Ricard event

GDL Racing extends its effort in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europa, lining up at the Paul Ricard circuit three cars instead of two.

The San Marino-based team is set for the third of six rounds of the one-make series open to the Sant’Agata Bolognese cars with 17-year-old Rik Breukers. Dutchman, after having claimed three victories in the first four races at Monza and Silverstone, took the AM class lead, but he was moved to the PRO-AM in which he is now second, three points behind the top.

To defend the GDL Racing banner in the AM there will be as usual Bashar Mardini, as well as the newcomer Lim Keong Wee, already linked to the De Lorenzi’s team and ready to make his debut in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europa.

The Paul Ricard round will be hels in the same weekend of the 1000 Km Paul Ricard of the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup. The two one-hour free practices will start on Friday. The qualifying (15 minutes x 2) il kick off on Saturday at 9am. The first of two 50-minute races will also start on Saturday at 2,30 am, while Race 2 is scheduled for Sunday at 12,05 pm live in Italy on Nuvolari TV and streamed on the Lamborghini Squadra Corse website.
