GDL Racing hits the track at Fuji as Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia heads this weekend (5, 6, 7 July) to Fuji for the second consecutive time in a fortnight, where the third round of the season will be held.

In the circumstance, the team led by Gianluca De Lorenzi is set to field two cars. One of them for Richard Muscat and Danny Studderd, who claimed a sixth and fourth overall position and the second in the PRO-AM category in the previous round at Suzuka. The Australian pair arrives to Japan as one of the most accredited to the top spots.

Gabriele Murroni looks for redemption in the Lamborghini Cup class. The Monegasque, after an extraordinary season start at Sepang, in Malaysia, where he took a best second place, collected a retirement and a fifth place in Race 2 at Suzuka.

As usual two races will be held, both of 50 minutes, with a double qualifying to define the starting grids.
