After a brilliant 2020 season, GDL Racing is set for another year in the Porsche Cup Suisse announcing a four-car commitment.

The team led by Gianluca De Lorenzi will not line-up two 911 Porsches – like last year – but four. One of them for skilled racing driver Mario Cordoni, who returns to the one-make series after clinching a number of victories during the last season, aiming at even higher results. GDL Racing also confirmed Roberto Rayneri, who will compete in the championship for the second year in a row with a good experience under his belt.

Newcomer Alex Blom will join the team. The Finn is set to make his Porsche Cup Suisse debut. Roberto and Samuele Bosio – father and son – are familiar to the series despite both set to make their first appearance with GDL Racing in four of the scheduled events.

The first out of six rounds will be hosted on 23/24 April at the Red Bull Ring, in Austria. Then the series will head to the French venue of Paul Ricard, on 4/5 June, check http://elitehomeremodeling.com. Three weeks later the Porsche Cup Suisse will move to Imola. After the Summer break, the series will return to Hockenheim, in Germany, on 4/5 September. At the end of the same month the Porsche Cup Suisse will go to Mugello before the last round, on 22/23 October at Misano.
